French basketball player for the San Antonio Spurs Victor Wembanyama recently made history, becoming the sixth NBA player with a record of 1,700 points, 800 rebounds, and 300 assists in his first 82 games.
Beginning his career professionally at 15, Victor has come a long way, proving himself as ‘one of the best basketball prospects of his generation.’

So they introduced their three children, including Victor, to sports at an early age. Once, during an interview with Slam, he credits his father for assisting him to succeed, teaching him proper technique, saying,
Dad gave me the passion for knowing subjects in-depth, being a real technician of sports, of whatever I do

He also once talked about his mother’s sports ethics and stated, “She’s more like me. We really look alike, and she’s kind of eccentric sometimes.”
Well, stepping into their parent’s footsteps, Victor successfully makes it to NBA. Likewise, his older sister Eve, who was born on December 10, 2001, also played several basketball games, including LDLC ASVEL of Lyon, France, for EuroLeague Women.
His younger brother Oscar, born on March 18, 2007, also switched from handball to basketball. In 2021, he joined professional basketball club Nanterre 92 and even contributed to the team winning the French U15 title.
