In the first overtime, Quinn Ewers, the team’s quarterback, played an important role as he threw a touchdown pass to Matthew Golden. Later, he threw a 25-yard touchdown pass to Gunnar Helm in the second overtime.

Thanks to Quinn’s performance, they won the match, and Steve praised the team for their efforts.

Later, the Texas Longhorns gave Steve a bonus of $250,000 for his exceptional coaching and leadership. Similarly, if Texas wins more games in the CFP, he will earn another $250,000 per win.
