NFR team qualifier Quinn Kesler’s tragic passing at the young age of 30 is suspected to be an accident!

Quinn Kesler's funeral service was held on Saturday, March 2 at the Fillmore LDS Stake Center.

Quinn Baker Kesler, a horse trainer from Utah who qualified at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo three times, tragically passed away at 30 on February 26, 2024.

His wife, Jessie Hodson Kesler, announced his passing via Facebook on February 27, writing,

It is with great sadness that I have to inform you that my best friend Quinn has been called back by our Heavenly Father this morning. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for all your love and support. Quincy and I are comforted by our friends and family.

It’s been almost a year since the unfortunate incident, but the Kesler family still seems reluctant to disclose what exactly had happened to Quinn.

But, if several media reports are to be believed, an accident caused the passing of Quinn Kesler at such a young age.

On the contrary, there are also reports that Quinn was suffering from mental illness that led his life to an end.

The Rustic Ranch Boutique UT claimed so on its Instagram page, writing, “My heart has been searching for a way to show my love and respect to my dearest friends Quinn & Jessie…My love goes to my friends at this time and to those suffering from mental illness. “It’s okay to not be okay.”

Quinn Kesler was survived by Jessie Hodson Kesler, his wife of 8 years, and a daughter, Quincy!

Horse trainer Quinn Kesley has left behind his high school sweethearts-turned-wife Jessie Hodson and their two-year-old daughter Quincy.

While his daughter is still very young to understand that she lost her father, his wife appears to be still struggling with the intense grief caused by the tragedy.

But the presence of her daughter Quincy by her side appears to have comforted her to some extent.

On August 10, Jessie shared a picture with her daughter on Facebook and wrote, “Mommin.. the best hardest thing ever! I dunno what I’d do without this kid! 💜.”

Well, in addition to Jesse and Quincy, Quinn’s parents and his siblings, Camille Brewer, Landon Kesler, Nicole Pulham, Lindsay Albrecht, and Hailey Kesler, also survived him.
